Each box includes 2 premium Dry Aged Steaks (either Strips or Ribeyes), 2 weeknight steaks (either Sirloin Filet or Bavette Steaks), 2 Pork Chops, 1 lb of Dry Aged Ground Beef and 1 lb of Pork Bacon — PLUS an additional assortment that changes each month of our seasonal favorites. And don’t worry, we’ll only send cuts anyone can make in the kitchen — no meat smoker necessary (unless that’s how you roll!)
