How is your meat sourced and raised?
We work exclusively with local family farms in Kentucky and Tennessee. All our animals are pasture-raised, hormone-free, and antibiotic-free, ensuring the highest quality and ethical standards.
How do you package orders for shipping?
We use biodegradable insulation and dry ice to ensure your meat arrives at a safe, refrigerated temperature. Our packaging is designed to maintain freshness for up to 48 hours in transit.
Does the meat arrive fresh or frozen?
Most of our cuts are shipped fresh and have never been frozen. This allows us to dry-age our beef for 14 days, enhancing flavor and tenderness before it reaches your kitchen.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the US. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations due to the perishable nature of our products.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is hand-cut and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your meat's journey to your doorstep.
